  1. When I go to print it, the pages show up blank. I tried downloading but it says I don't have authorization. Any thoughts/suggestions?

    1. Hello,

Here are a few tips that usually help people who have downloading/printing trouble:
      1) When you click on the download link and the file opens up in your browser, save it to your computer first. Then, open it in Adobe Reader and print it from there.
      2) Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
      3) Sometimes it helps to try a different browser, for example, Google Chrome is usually the most compatible with our files. If you are already using Google Chrome, please make sure that it is updated.
